2025 Team Building & Q1 E-MODEL Commendation
On April 25th, ZEP held its annual team building, titled ZEP Tycoon Growth Program, at Baima Lake Base, alongside the 2025 Q1 E-MODEL Commendation.
The program guided ZEP members through stages of initial capital accumulation, strategic investments, and profit generation. At every phase, ZEP members engaged wholeheartedly, showcasing unwavering determination and teamwork.

The 2025 Q1 E-MODEL was presented to Nie Yumei from the Finance Department for Efficiency and Win-Win Collaboration, this marked her third commendation, following previous honors in 2020 Q3 for Integrity and 2021 Q2 for Passion.
At the end of the activity, Manager Ma Xingqiang delivered brief remarks. He first acknowledged the E-MODEL's contributions and emphasized the importance of efficiency in daily work. He then summarized the whole team-building activity and commended participants' enthusiasm and dedication, while encouraging everyone to strive for more achievements in the future.
